The logistical problem and the Fuel solution.

Sometimes the amazing people behind your brand need to be front and centre. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and authenticity can build a genuine connection with audiences. But from a planning, coordinating, and delivery perspective, it can be a huge drain on your marketing team’s time.

We take care of everything for you. We’ll source the location, bring the crew, direct, and edit all the videos, ready to share with the world. While the majority of projects are us taking care of them end-to-end, we can partner with your preferred film vendor, and just assist with the direction and editing where needed.

FAQs and stuff worth knowing.

With time and the right environment. Most reluctance comes from feeling exposed or underprepared. We work with speakers before the camera rolls — on their messaging, their delivery, and their confidence — so by the time we’re filming, it feels like a conversation rather than a performance. The difference shows on screen.

By not treating it like a formal shoot. The environment, the direction and the preparation all contribute to how natural someone feels. We work hard on the messaging and structure upfront so speakers aren’t reading from a script — they’re talking about something they actually know, in a way that feels like them.

That depends on the person and the content. Some speakers work better with a full script on a teleprompter. Others are more natural working from bullet points and talking it through. We figure out what works for each person rather than applying the same approach to everyone. The goal is always delivery that feels genuine, however we get there.

Yes, and we plan for it. Back-to-back filming days work well when the preparation has been done properly beforehand — briefing speakers in advance, having messaging locked, knowing the running order. Efficiency on the day comes from the groundwork before it.

Less than most people think, but more than a laptop camera (although we do have a system for remote filming). Lighting and sound matter most — a well-lit, well-recorded talking head on a simple background will always outperform a poorly lit one in an impressive location. We bring what’s needed and nothing that isn’t.

Usually yes, if it’s planned that way. Knowing the outputs before filming means we capture what each version needs. We consider different lengths, different framings, different cuts. One shoot, multiple uses, without anything feeling like an afterthought.

Both. We travel for shoots where it makes sense, and we can also set up remote capture in a way that doesn’t look remote. We’ll recommend the right approach based on budget, timeline and how many people are involved.
