Transforming the way schools recruit teachers with TES.

We supported TES with recruiting and retaining teaching talent.

For schools, recruitment is typically admin-heavy and a strain on the budget. For candidates, the application process can be complex and time consuming (and different for every school). With many teachers using their mobile devices to search for jobs, TES decided to create a user-friendly online portal to make the recruitment process easier for everyone.

Focus.

We were tasked with creating an integrated campaign, aimed at schools, to raise awareness of the TES School Portal and its benefits.

Purpose.

The campaign included a range of tools, designed to demonstrate to schools how the Portal could transform and enhance their recruitment process.

Value.

The campaign helped TES to further extend its reach to schools, with a new way to recruit talent.
