When IGEL needed a partner to bring their flagship Now & Next event to life in Miami, they turned to Fuel.
We took ownership of a substantial slice of the production, shaping how the event looked, how it felt, and how smoothly it ran. From the visual identity that defined the expo floor to the project management that held every moving part together, our remit was broad: live show support, pre-event comms, event setup and on-site oversight, expo graphics design, event branding, video design and production, keynote deck templates, speaker briefing, management and rehearsals, signage print production, sponsor artwork sign-off, and end-to-end project management. Across months of pre-production and an intense week on-site, every detail was accounted for.
The result was a seamless, large-scale experience that gave the global endpoint security and EUC community something worth remembering. It gave IGEL a stage worthy of their ambition.
