Dell needed a smarter way for sales teams to guide customers through monitor selection across a complex and evolving product range. The right choice depends on more than specs. It’s shaped by industry, software environment, meeting spaces and the role of the individual using it. We designed and built an interactive tool that allows partners and sales reps to lead structured, relevant conversations, filtering options in real time and tailoring recommendations based on each customer’s workplace needs.
The result is a more intuitive and effective buying experience. Sales teams can quickly narrow down options, compare models, and guide customers with confidence using up-to-date product data. Users can explore monitors by context, search the latest models, and build collections for different scenarios, making it easier to return to conversations and progress decisions.
