From registration to closing celebration, we unified creative, communications, UX and live production into a single thematic system, ensuring the experience flowed intuitively across keynotes, Expo spaces and interactive zones. With a compressed timeline and high expectations, every decision balanced strategic messaging, partner visibility and operational precision.
