Louise Barritt
Senior Project Manager
Most people don’t notice good project management. That’s exactly how it should be.
Louise leads digital, creative, content and marketing projects from brief through to delivery. She manages timelines, budgets and resources, which sounds dry until you realise what she’s actually doing: translating what a client wants into something a team can build, then keeping everyone moving in the same direction without losing their minds. She works with clients to understand what they’re really after, coordinates strategy, creative, digital and content teams, and acts as the person people come to when a project starts feeling like it’s crossing into multiple lanes.
She’s PRINCE2 qualified and knows all the formal methodologies, but she doesn’t worship at the altar of process. The framework exists to keep things sane, what she actually enjoys is the messy collaborative side of it. Getting different disciplines in a room, finding the path through complexity, and being someone a client can actually rely on when things get tense.
The most rewarding part of this is being the person people can actually lean on. Understanding what a client is trying to achieve, then helping our teams turn that into something real.

Senior Project Manager
Experience & Expertise.
Louise brings both structure and common sense to project delivery. Her experience with formal methodologies means she knows how to plan properly, spot problems coming and manage the inevitable chaos of requirements changing mid-project. But she also knows that rigid process just frustrates people. She’s skilled at keeping multidisciplinary teams coordinated without micromanaging them, managing client expectations so they’re grounded in reality, and adapting when life throws something unexpected at the plan.
What makes her effective is that she genuinely cares about the end result. She doesn’t just move tasks around. She understands why the work matters to the people involved and uses that to keep everyone focused and motivated through the full project lifecycle.
